Unveiling Ancient Wisdom: The Extraordinary Exhibition of Dhammakaya Discoveries in Australia and New Zealand
Within the event, the esteemed Phra Maha Sutham Suratano, Dr., President of the Dhammachai International Research Institute, graciously presided over the ceremony. As the chairman monk, he led the opening of the Dhammakaya evidence exhibition, a significant initiative of the Institute in Australia and New Zealand. He guided all the devout attendees in paying homage to the Triple Gem and engaging in meditation practice, following the audio meditation guide of Luang Por Dhammajayo.

Subsequently, Dr.Kitchai
Urkasame, a key figure at the Dhammachai International Research Institute in
Australia and New Zealand, spoke eloquently about the quest for Dhammakaya
evidence across various regions. Before assuming the role of master of
ceremonies for the exhibition's inauguration, he was assisted in this
enchanting opening by Ms. Vichakorn and Ms. Jirapattanakul, who introduced the
exhibition in both Thai and English.

On this auspicious occasion, the
presiding monk discussed the genesis and significance of the Dhammachai
International Research Institute project. He highlighted that the discovery of
ancient Buddhist scriptures and original teachings is a monumental and historic
event in the perpetuation of Buddhism. These scriptures are venerable, with
some tracing back as far as 2000 years.

Understanding the profound
significance of these scriptures, Luang Por Dhammajayo graciously established
the Dhammachai International Research Institute in Australia and New Zealand.
This institution is dedicated to exploring and studying these texts, bringing
us closer to the original teachings of the Buddha. These scriptures could be
key in unraveling the profound teachings of the Dhammakaya from the era of the
Buddha himself, a discovery paralleled by Phra Mongkol Thepmuni (Sodh
Candasaro), the Conqueror of Mara.
เพราะเข้าใจถึงความสําคัญของคัมภีร์เหล่านี้ หลวงพ่อธัมมชโยจึงได้เมตตาให้จัดตั้งสถาบันวิจัยนานาชาติธรรมชัย ดีรี ประเทศออสเตรเลียและนิวซีแลนด์ เพื่อสืบค้นและศึกษาหาความรู้จากเนื้อหาคัมภีร์เหล่านี้ ซึ่งจะนําเราเข้าใกล้คําสอนดั้งเดิมของพระพุทธองค์มากยิ่งขึ้นและอาจจะเป็นหลักฐานสําคัญ ไปถึงคําสอนเรื่องธรรมกายในครั้งพุทธกาล จนกระทั่งพระมงคลเทพมุนี สด จันทโร พระผู้ปราบมาร ท่านได้ค้นพบอีกครั้ง
This exhibition, meticulously
orchestrated by the Dhammachai International Research Institute, plays a
pivotal role in deepening the understanding among Buddhists. It sheds light on
the benefits of studying Buddhist scriptures, illuminating the interconnectedness
of teachings across various sects, from the ancient past to the present.

The exhibition marks the
unveiling of a collection over 20 years in the making, presented beyond the
confines of the written page. This format offers a clearer, more tangible
connection as you witness the very objects that serve as sources of knowledge. Here,
we display only 20 pieces, but this is just the beginning of a continual
revelation.

ชิ้น แต่ก็จะทยอยนําเสนอเพิ่มขึ้น
The majority of the artifacts
presented today hail from the mystical lands of Suvarnabhumi. Among them are
ancient manuscripts, inscribed with the scripts of the Dhamma of Lanna, Lan
Chang, Isan, and even Khmer script. The centerpiece of our exhibit is the
Dhammakaya Katha, a mantra that clearly states the Buddha's composition of
various supernatural knowledge and is composed in the Pali language. Thus, it
can be regarded as deeply Theravada, or perhaps even quintessentially so.
งานส่วนใหญ่เป็นที่มาในวันนี้ เป็นของดินแดนสุวรรณภูมิ ก็มีคัมภีร์โบราณที่เขียนด้วยอักษรของอักษรธรรมลานนา อักษรธรรมล้านช้าง อักษรธรรมอีสาน แล้วก็ตัวอักษรขอมเองด้วย ที่อยากจะนําเสนอก็คือ คาถาธรรมกาย ซึ่งเป็นคาถาที่บอกชัดเจนว่าพระพุทธเจ้าประกอบด้วยญาณวิเศษต่างๆ แล้วก็แต่งเป็นภาษาบาลี ฉะนั้นก็จะเป็นอะไรที่เรียกว่าเป็นเถรวาทอย่างมากๆ หรือว่าเรียกว่าเป็นเถรวาทร้อยเปอร์เซ็นต์ก็ได้
The Dhammakaya is an esteemed
part of spiritual practice, inscribed in the ancient stone tablets of Wat
Phitsanulok. This exhibition details its significance and how the Dhammakaya
Katha has been brought into veneration and practical application in various
aspects. Royal decrees from the first to the third reigns commanded the
creation of a grand edition of the Tripitaka, which also contains the
Dhammakaya Katha. Even the silver plates housed in the stupa of Wat Phra
Chetuphon Vimolmangklararm are adorned with this sacred Dhammakaya Katha.

เป็นที่นับถือ ได้จารึกอยู่ในศิลาจารึกวัดเสือพิษณุโลก ในนิทรรศการนี้ก็บอกรายละเอียด แล้วก็คาถาธรรมกาย ก็ได้ถูกนํามาเคารพบูชา แล้วก็ใช้ปฏิบัติในหลายแง่มุม แม้กระทั่งมีพระบรมราชโองการจากรัชกาลที่หนึ่งถึงสาม ให้สร้างพระไตรปิฏกฉบับใหญ่ขึ้น แล้วก็ในพระไตรปิฎกเหล่านั้นก็จะมีเรื่องเกี่ยวกับคาถาธรรมกายนี้อยู่ด้วย แม้กระทั่งในลานเงินที่บรรจุอยู่ในพระเจดีย์ศรีสรรเพชญดาญาณที่วัดพระเชตุพน
ก็จะมีคาถาธรรมกายอยู่ในนั้นด้วย
All of this, presented in such
grandeur, is to impart the understanding that the teachings of Phra Mongkol
Thepmuni (Sodh Candasaro) and Luang Por Dhammajayo are not mere figments
conjured from imagination. They are well-acknowledged truths of the Dhammakaya,
known throughout the lands of Suvarnabhumi.
ทั้งหมดนี้ก็เพื่อที่จะนําเสนอให้ทุกทุกท่าน ได้ทราบว่าสิ่งที่พระเดชพระคุณหลวงปู่และก็หลวงพ่อด้วยสั่งสอน ก็ไม่ใช่เอามาจากจินตนาการ เป็นที่รู้จักกันดีพระธรรมกายในดินแดนสุวรรณภูมิ
Moreover, there lies a tome of
ancient lineage, sourced from the depths of the Mogaoku caves in Tunhuang,
within the province of Xinjiang, China. This venerable scroll, aged nearly a
thousand years, bears the title 'Fowu Zhuanguan Jing'. It narrates practices
where one witnesses the emergence of Buddha figures, blossoming forth from the
navel, layer upon layer, endlessly. This mirrors the teachings imparted by Phra
Mongkol Thepmuni (Sodh Candasaro) and Luang Por Dhammajayo. It stands as a
testament, not derived from the mere study of the Chinese language, but echoing
a profound, intrinsic experience, a veritable truth aligning with their
teachings.
นอกจากนั้นก็ยังมีคัมภีร์เก่าแก่ มาจากถ้ำโม่วเกา เมืองตุนฮวง มณฑลซินเจียงของจีน เป็นม้วนกระดาษโบราณ อายุน่าจะราวพันปี ดังนั้นก็เรียกว่าคัมภีร์ที่ชื่อว่าโฝวซัวกวนจิง ในนั้นจะบอกถึงการปฏิบัติ ซึ่งจะเห็นองค์พระผุดซ้อนขึ้นมาจากกลางสะดือ ผุดซ้อนขึ้นมาเรื่อยๆ เรื่อยๆ อันนี้ก็ตรงกับของพระเดชพระคุณหลวงปู่และหลวงพ่อคุณครูไม่ใหญ่ที่สอนให้เราได้ทราบกัน อันนี้เป็นเครื่องยืนยันอีกเหมือนกันว่า ท่านไม่ได้นํามาจากการเล่าเรียนภาษาจีน แต่ว่าประสบการณ์ภายใน เนี่ยถ้าเป็นของแท้ตรงกัน
"Therefore, I extend an
invitation to one and all to come and behold this exhibition, so that you might
find within yourselves a burgeoning confidence. The beliefs we hold in the
teachings of Dhammakaya, the practices we follow under the revered guidance of
Phra Mongkol Thepmuni (Sodh Candasaro) and Luang Por Dhammajayo, are rooted in
earnest truth. Here, within these hallowed halls, lies irrefutable academic
evidence, a testament to the veracity of our faith, a standard beyond denial."
